The blessed Umayyad Masjid in Aleppo is home to the remains of Prophet Zakariyya (peace be upon him) and a historic Minbar from the time of Salah ud-Din al-Ayyubi (may Allah have mercy on him) and is a cherished spiritual landmark. Over time, it has faced wear and now urgently requires renovations to its lighting and sound systems, along with essential preservation work.
